Good investment: Despite breeding a 15 foals each year ourselves, we are always willing to purchase a filly elsewhere. That’s why we bought the foal La Faletta SHR last year. La Faletta SHR is a daughter of Lasino out of no one less than the full sister of Indoctro. Last weekend the annual stallion approval in Holstein took place. And what did we found… Foward (For Pleasure out of the mare NISTRA I) was one of the only 22 approved stallions. Now it seems that Forward is a son of the sister of our purchased filly. Cascadello (Casall x Clearway) was Saturday afternoon crowned as Reservesieger and sold at the auction for the exceptional amount of 600.000 euros. Within our mare stock, we have as well the halfsister of Casall, Shakira (Con Air out of the dam of Casall) who is covered by Cornet Obolensky, as the 3/4th sister of Casall (Caretino out of that same halfsister of Casall) who is only 2 years old and is booked for covering by Numero Uno next year.
