Castor Cooper, a son of Caretano out of our mare K-Quintana, became National Champion of the 5-year old horses in Brazil. This stallion was partly sold to Team Nijhof. At their turn, they sold their share to Haras Cooper in Brazil. At the end of last year, Haras Cooper took over our last part of Castor. In September, the stallion participated in the World Breeding Championship for Young Horses at Lanaken. He had a clear round in both qualifications, but he gained 4 faults during the finals on Sunday. Also in his homeland, Castor is doing an excellent job: he was the winner of the 5-year old horses during the Brazilian Championship for young horses with his rider Bartholomeu Bueno de Miranda Neto.
